The Crossfitter comes in all shapes, colors, ages, and sizes. Regardless of your current fitness condition, our programs is geared to help build and maintain strength as well as improve cardiovascular conditioning. Our goal is to support the things you love to do in your everyday life. This is not a one size fits all type of gym, we have moms, dads, grandparents, business owners, college students, and so many more folks that make up our community.
Each workout is done together as a class, but here at The Forge, our coaches provide modifications based on each individual's body type, current fitness condition, and goals. No one athlete is singled out, rather, we are encouraged by those around us and in return we cheer others on as well.
