Our Summer Teen program will run Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 10:30AM to 12:00PM. 

Summer Focus:

- Total strength development: squat, deadlift, bench press, and accessory movements.

- Speed

- Agility

- Core

- Athlete Mindset

Our 3 x a week program will build each week as we progress through our strength training and speed development program. Our goal is to insure proper movement mechanics, add resistance to build strength, endurance, and power output as well as building a foundation of fitness to support any activity outside of the gym.
